Can I come to your location?

  • I do NOT have an office location.  My service is strictly mobile and by appointment only.

How much do you charge for your services?

  • My fees vary based on what service(s) you require as well as your location and availability. Please call or text for a free estimate at 602-319-8077

What happens if the signer's identification has expired or they do not have one?

  • Please refer to the ID Requirements page for full description on acceptable IDs.
  • The signer can be identified by a credible witness who has a non-expired identification.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

  • Make sure the document is completely filled out. But, do not sign until you are in front of the notary.
  • Have a valid, non-expired identification.
  • Ensure the name on the ID matches the name listed on the document.

How do I pay for services?

  • I accept cash or check.

In Arizona, notaries can perform only acknowledgments, jurats, copy certifications, and oaths and affirmations.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

  • To ensure that the signer of a document is who they claim to be and has voluntarily signed the document.

JURATS

  • The signer swears or affirms that the contents of a document are true.

COPY CERTIFICATIONS

  • Confirms that a copy of an original document is a full, true, and accurate reproduction of the original.

OATHS/AFFIRMATIONS

  • A client may simply need to administer an oath or affirmation orally, rather than as part of a jurat​, affidavit or other written document. The purpose of administering a verbal oath or affirmation is to compel a client to truthfulness.
  • An oath is a solemn pledge to a Supreme Being. An affirmation is a solemn pledge on the individual's personal honor.
