ID Requirements

ID Requirements

The identification card must be issued by the United States Government or a State, or Tribal Government.  
  1. DRIVER LICENSE OR NON-OPERATING IDENTIFICATION LICENSE 
    1. Requirements: Unexpired; contains the customer’s photograph, signature and physical description including: height, weight, eye color, and hair color. 
    2. Issued by: A state or territory of the United States. 
  2. U.S. PASSPORT 
    1. Requirements: Unexpired
    2. Issued by: The United States Department of State
  3. ARMED FORCES IDENTIFICATION CARD 
    1. Requirements: Unexpired 
    2. Issued by: Any branch of the United States Armed Forces. 
  4. OTHER GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION CARDS 
    1. Requirements: Unexpired; contains the customer’s photograph, signature and physical description including: height, weight, eye color, and hair color. 
    2. Issued by: The United States government; a state or U.S. territory, or tribal government.

* Should you be unable to provide one of these ID cards, you may be identified on the oath or affirmation of a credible identifying witness who has their own approved ID card. Credible Identifying witnesses must have personal knowledge of your identity, believe it is not reasonable for you to obtain the approved ID, and be honest, aware, and impartial.
